Spectora Software

We use Spectora software, which is web based and provides you with not only an inspection...but a web based inspetion which includes pictures and video!   Our reports are very easy to understand and provide so much more than the "old school" PDF based reports with blurry pictures and a lack of complete information.  Our reports even give you a suggested contractor and their contact information if needed to fix the defects found.  

And also, if you want it, our inspections can be easily turned into a printable PDF.
