How do I book a inspection online?
You can easily book an inspection by clicking the "Schedule Inspection or view sample reports" button on our homepage. This will take you to our Spectora booking form, where you can:

Choose your preferred date and time

Provide your contact information
Once submitted, we’ll confirm your appointment via email.
Do I need to sign a inspection agreement?
Yes. After booking, you’ll receive a link via email to digitally sign the inspection agreement. This ensures both parties understand the scope and limitations of the inspection.
Note: The inspection cannot proceed without a signed agreement.
How do I pay for the inspection?
After signing the agreement, you'll be prompted to pay securely online through Spectora. We accept major credit/debit cards and other standard payment options.

Payment is due before you will be able to view the report.

You will receive a receipt via email.
Can I view the inspection report online?
Absolutely! Once the inspection is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your interactive online report hosted by Spectora.
